In November, Island Batik ambassadors were challenged to create Christmas stockings using batik fabrics from our stash. Our brief was to make a stocking/s either traditional or funky in any colour/style we chose.
I decided to make a garland of mini stockings, which you can see here in this post. I used the pattern by Diary of a Quilter which you can find on my original blog post.
This Christmas stocking garland is now hanging up at the store where I work, near the batik fabric shelves. Hopefully it inspires a few more garlands to be made :)
Here's the round up of the stockings which other Island Batik ambassadors created this month along with links to their blog posts. Some include free tutorials or links to patterns. Click on the blog name to go directly to the blog posts and read more about them.

NB: There are a couple of ambassadors who haven't shared their projects as yet. I will update this post once their projects are published on their blogs.
What a delightfully colourful assortment of stockings.
