With the help of my tech savvy son, I managed to put together my first unboxing video for Island Batik. A big thumbs up and YAY!!
In the video, I share all of the goodies which Island Batik sent for the challenges in the first half of this year. I've been very lucky and received fabrics in some of my most favourite colours.
Thanks to Island Batik along with Hobbs Batting, Aurifil and Schmetz Needles for this wonderful opportunity.
And now... the video :)
Here's a little rundown from the video of what was sent to me.
Tantalizing Teal bundle which you would have seen in my first quilt project called Starburst in Teal.
Lace and Grace designed by Kathy Engle for Chris Hoover of Whirligig Designs
This will be the fabric I use in my February Row by Row quilt project.
Some solids and a low volume print to use in our projects. I absolutely love this almond print and will also be using it in my February project.
Thread from Aurifil (these are last years thread packs and we will be using new colour builder packs for our March projects)
A foundation bundle including solids, basics and blenders.
A generous selection of batting from Hobbs Batting
Chantilly Fabric designed by Kathy Engle for Karen Overton of The Quilt Rambler along with matching yardage
Stash Builders in yummy colours.
And a secret Winter Bundle for the May 2022 blog hop.
All of the Island Batik Ambassadors have created unboxing videos with the goodies they've received.
You can see the ambassadors HERE with links to their blogs.

ReplyDeleteHow nice for you to receive such wonderful goodies that you enjoy working with! Certainly the colors in those batiks are gorgeous. And to have a stash of threads and batting too... well, you've got your own little quilt shop, don't you?! I am sure you will have fun working with these and coming up with some great projects.
