My one monthly goal this month is to make the EPP blocks to finish my Smitten Quilt.
This quilt has been started and stopped so many times that I’ve lost count. At this stage, I’ll be happy to have to blocks out together, but wow, wouldn’t it be nice to have a completed quilt top by the end of March?

What an intriguing design along with luscious fabrics. It sort of has a vintage vibe.... a definite beauty!
ReplyDeleteWell, I can certainly see why it is called "Smitten". The name explains perfectly how I feel about it - pattern, colors, fabrics, and all!
ReplyDeleteFantastic!
ReplyDeleteI like where this one is going!! Fingers crossed for you to finish it this month!
ReplyDeleteThat's the only problem with EPP, I find; it's far, far too easy to put down, put away tidily and forget about for a bit, compared with machine piecing, which leaves a litter of scraps, a filled up design wall and a lot of nagging evidence to remind you to get on with it! I currently have 4 EPPs on the go and only one or two machine pieced ones, and it looks like staying that way for quite some time...
ReplyDeleteIt is very lovely. I agree with you that it would be nice to have a completed project by the end of March. I guess, we just keep plugging along.
ReplyDeleteThis looks great! Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal and good luck on your project.
ReplyDeleteCarry on! I love this pattern and think you have a great start on your finish (if that makes any sense). I'm teaching a class this weekend on EPP; mind if I show your a picture of your quilt as an example of what can be done? :) Elizabeth
