My latest finish is this super cute Bear Pillow. Don’t you just want to cuddle him? Or her? I can’t decide if he’s a he or she’s a she.



It’s a design by Amy Sinibaldi of the popular blog, Nana Company, from her gorgeous book Sweetly Stitched Handmades. I may have mentioned her book once or twice (or a dozen times) before, but honestly, if you love creating sweet little projects, her book is certainly a valuable addition to your craft book library. I’ve made 5 or 6 projects from it so far, which for me, to make this projects from any book, is unheard of.







I made this Bear Pillow with the sweet new fabric line called Toy Chest by Penny Rose Fabrics. It’s really, really cute, and honestly, it’s the sort of fabric line which makes me want to make lots of and lots of quilts and projects for babies. The prints are  a mix of 30’s  in miniature and the colours remind me of a big bowl of sugar almonds.
