I’ve been in a bit of a Christmas frenzy lately. Christmas is still so far away, yet I’ve been stitching and creating Christmas projects. Firstly because it’s time to submit them to Australian publications and secondly, because I’m participating in a “Christmas in July” swap and needed a few little handmade items to send my partner.
Today, I’m sharing a little stitching project called Christmas Wishes.
I found this image which was originally a kids colouring page. This mouse and his cheesy Christmas tree made me smile, so I adapted it a little, to make it easier to stitch.

It is stitched using a red DMC Perle 8 cotton on a white solid background.
I made my Christmas Wishes stitchery into a little mini quilt. Hopefully my swap partner has a little space on a wall to hang this little mouse.
If you use this pattern, I’d love to see what you make.
Happy Stitching x

ReplyDeleteWow, you really much too early for the Christmas celebration. But the idea is swell and the designs of your project are truly amazing and stunning! I can’t wait to see that hanging on your walls or if it’s okay, I would glady consider it as a gift for christmas. Just kidding!
