The Easter Bunny is preparing the chocolate eggs… even as I type.
He’ll be busy on Easter Sunday morning, hiding eggs around the garden for young (and old) people to find and munch on.
Need a vessel to stash your loot? Why not make my Hoppy Easter Bag?
I actually came upon this cute bunny when I was searching for some colouring pages for my daughter. I tweaked it and used it as a stitchery design for the front of the Easter Basket/Bag/Bucket.
The bag is made with some layer cake squares of Sherbet Pips by Aneela Hoey.
The full project can be found in Handmade Magazine (Vol 30 No 2) which is out today.
As always if you make a project using any of my patterns or tutorials, I’d love to see photos. My flickr group is http://www.flickr.com/groups/sameliasmum
Cute! I hope to make an easter basket of some sort. It's my son's first eating Easter, he's just turned 1 so I'm looking forward to it. Everything seems more fun with kids!
ReplyDeleteAdorable! And I love your fabric choice and the embroidery!
