I love it when things just work.
I had some leftover charms from a couple of recent projects and decided to play around with half square triangles. I’m a sucker for half square triangles.
I played around with the HST and came up with this block - and I really quite like the effect of the light/dark. It’s probably not a new block so if anyone knows what it’s called, feel free to let me know.
The light fabric is left over Ruby by Bonnie and Camille and the dark solid fabrics are A Stitch in Color by Malka Dubrawsky. Don’t you love it when things just work?

Those two collections are perfectly matched. I could see a whole quilt in those fabrics.
