Today is Anzac Day as well as toy culling day.
New drawers have been purchased at Ikea and hubby, the handyman, has assembled them. Now it's time for the children to decide what stays and what goes.
This afternoon I plan on finishing this Dresden Plate. It's my first attempt and I have to say it's a very enjoyable block to make.
My May swap partner has requested one, so practice makes perfect, right?
The photo looks a little wonky because I took it while trying not to cast a shadow over it.

Love the colours you chose for your dresden plate!
ReplyDeleteNice modern dresden. Tracee xx
ReplyDeleteI love the colours! I have never made a Dresden plate...it seems a little intimidating to me but I am glad you had fun making it. I think the toy culling idea is great too...so I am off to the basement to "assist" the kids in some decision making!
ReplyDeleteThat is funny that it is not wonky, I was thinking how brilliant is that! You have started a new trend!!
