I don't know which rock I've been under, but I've just discovered "It's a Hoot" by MoMo for Moda.
I've been playing with it this evening. A great way to spend a Saturday night, while the kids are in bed and the hubby is away on a work trip.
So much happiness in a little charm pack. Don't you just love fabric which makes you smile?
I also would love some advice...
I've got a pattern for a 2 colour quilt and am trying to decide on which colours to use.
Which colour combo do you like best?
This Emerald/Cinnamon combo
or this Cerise/Olive combo
... or neither :-)

It's a great collection. I love the dotty fabric. The colours are scrumptious. Just Wing It which will be released soon is also very nice.
ReplyDeleteI think the Olive and the Cinnamon would make a nice combo. It's a pity you could not put a dash of that cerise in.
ReplyDeleteI've got some of the It's a Hoot range and I love it, but think it will be a while before I get to it... too many other things to do.
ReplyDeleteI was going to say the cinamon with the cerise but I like Jane's idea too.
Emerald & Cinnamon is my choice too. It's a hoot is gorgeous - I would love to add that to my stash.
ReplyDeleteEmerald & Cinnamon hands down!!
ReplyDeleteI like Cerise and Olive.
ReplyDeleteI have just ordered this charm pack, cant wait to play with it too :)
ReplyDeleteI like both but think I prefer the emerald and cinnamon
ReplyDeleteI think it depends who he quilt is for, but the emerald and cinnamon would be lovely.
ReplyDeleteI like the olive and cerise combo. Just today, these two links from the design seeds blog popped up. Check them out!

I really love the Cherise and olve combo. What rich colors.
ReplyDeleteYes, you surely have found some fun with "It's a Hoot". I would lean towards the Cerise and Olive duo.
ReplyDeleteI love both combo's, so it is a hard to choose, but I think that I like the Emerald and chocolate a bit more. And yes, I love the It's a hoot just as much as you!
ReplyDeleteI like the emerald and cinnamon, but the cerise and Olive is very interesting. If you'd like something "different", I go with that combo. What does your heart tell you?
ReplyDeleteCerise and Olive for me! So bright and cheery!
ReplyDeleteToday I like the Cerise and Olive. Another day it might be the other pair.
ReplyDeleteCinnamon and Olive! I have some It's a Hoot charm packs - can't wait to cut into them!!
ReplyDeleteemerald & cinnamon for me ;-)
ReplyDeleteIts the cerise / olive for me.
ReplyDeleteI keep being tempted by Its a hoot, I don't need more fabric but it's such a great range, I guess thats where charm packs are good. I love the cerise and pink!!
ReplyDeleteI like the Cerise/Olive combination. I have some It's a Hoot too waiting in my stash. There are some really lovely prints in the range.
ReplyDeleteBoth are fabulous. I love It's a Hoot too.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see Cerise and Emerald together! I made a baby quilt form IT's a Hoot. You can see it here
