Fun of the Fair is the sweet new book by Australian designer, Melanie McNeice.

In this book, Melanie has designed 5 gorgeous stuffed animal patterns for sewn toys. The delightful animals in this book can all be found at the fair; a pony, elephant, lion, seal and monkey.
As with all of Melanie’s books, Fun of the Fair has excellent step by step diagrams to assist in construction. The instructions are excellent and you will be creating your own fun fair in no-time.

The pattern templates care found at the end of the book and are full size – which means no playing around with copier settings. Yay! Each of the patterns in Fun of the Fair is suitable for sewists of all skill levels and you will enjoy raiding your fabric stash and creating all of these cute and quirky animals.
Fun of the Fair is available from Booktopia and Can Do Books.
The giveaway is open internationally and will close at 5pm on Friday 6 February 2015 (AEDST). For an extra chance to win, visit the Samelia’s Mum FB page and find this post.
